Eaton’s Electrical Sector-PSD is currently seeking an Assembly Technician I to join our team. This position is based at our Greenwood, SC facility. Note: This is located at the Emerald Road facility.

The Assembly Technician I - Rack Line must remain proficient in all jobs on this product line which could but is not limited to assembly, wiring, testing functions, reading drawings, using computer, and 5S+ activities within the rack line. Must work closely with other team members, Job Setter and Group Leader to maintain work efficiency. Must be flexible in the performing various job functions.

• You will read and follow productions drawings as well as shop work orders which includes bills of material.
• You will follow all department quality and safety procedures
• You will assemble and wire units using multiple types of tools including but not limited to: Air tools, nail guns, torque wrenches, tape measures, wire cutters, lifting devices, saws, computer, and drill/driver tools. Other tools may be needed to help complete the assembly and testing process.
• You will operate all equipment in a safe manner as well as perform daily inspections on equipment
