This individual will lead people, and direct and drive change with systems and processes. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving the success of our organization by leading our leaders and team on shift through coaching and hands on training. As a restaurant director you will also play an active role in food safety, food quality, facilities, and guest experience. Responsibilities:

• Lead & inspire a team of talented individuals to deliver excellent customer service
• Ensure the highest standards of food quality and safety are maintained
• Manage daily operations and drive business growth
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction & increase sales
• Interact with guests in ensuring great guests experiences
• Maintains a positive working relationship and treats all employees with respect while providing them with direction and feedback.
• Communicates employee performance and policy/procedure violations to management for appropriate handling.
• Strictly adheres to all Company policies and procedures
• Bring a sense of innovation to the business

Requirements:
College degree or higher education preferred
Proven experience in a leadership role
Multiple Years of Leadership Experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
