Additional Information: This hotel is owned and operated by an independent franchisee, Intrawest. The franchisee is a separate company and a separate employer from Marriott International, Inc. The franchisee solely controls all aspects of the hotel’s employment policies and practices, including hiring, firing, discipline, staffing, compensation, benefits, and all other terms and conditions of employment. If you accept a position at this hotel, you will be employed by a franchisee and not by Marriott International, Inc.

Job Description:
Oversees and manages the day-to-day operations of the Hotel, including Front Desk, Guest Services, and Housekeeping.
Responsible for maintaining Westin brand standards.
Assumes duties of the General Manager in the GM’s absence.
Responsible for financial, employee, and guest service goals for the hotel.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or Resort Management preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel/resort management, with at least three (3) years in a leadership role within the rooms division.
Strong knowledge of front office, housekeeping, and reservations operations.
Strong working knowledge of business software with emphasis on MS Excel, Word, Power Point, and Lightspeed.
Professional demeanor, attitude, and appearance.
Strong work ethic.
Ability to effectively communicate to guests, employees, and management.
Ability to perform under pressure and with deadlines.
Ability to solve problems using common sense and hotel policy.
Demonstrates strong leadership skills.

The salary range for this position is $85,489.17 to $90,916.88 annually.
