Salesforce Developer
Location: Fort Mill, SC or Jersey City, NJ (Onsite)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Salesforce Developer to join our team at either our Fort Mill, SC, or Jersey City, NJ location. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and supporting scalable solutions on Salesforce Financial Service Cloud (FSC), Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud, ensuring that our Sales and Marketing efforts are sustained and enhanced. This role will focus on customization, integration, deployment, and iterative refinement using Salesforce technologies.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and support application enhancements for Salesforce FSC, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud.
• Document current business processes and design systems using UML, sequence diagrams, and process flow tools.
• Provide recommendations for process improvements and future state system designs.
• Develop solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Lightning Design System, and other Salesforce technologies.
• Provide technical leadership, ensuring best practices for integration, application development, testing, and deployment.
• Design and develop integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST, SOAP, Bulk APIs, o Auth, and Single Sign-On.
• Promote and deploy changes through development, test, and production environments using CI technologies, including Salesforce DX, Copado, and Git Hub.
• Define and manage change processes for developing and updating applications and code.
• Collaborate with the Data Integration team to support and develop ETL-based data integrations.
• Execute projects using Agile Scrum and Agile Sa FE methodologies for faster, iterative delivery.
• Partner with the development team to design, test, and deploy solutions that meet business requirements.
• Work closely with platform managers to identify and execute projects to meet business goals.

Requirements:

• BA/BS degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years of expertise in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC), Sales/Service Cloud, or Vlocity Omni Studio.
• 6+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce CRM developer in large-scale implementations with 1000+ users.
• 3+ years of experience designing and developing API integrations between Salesforce and other applications using AWS or middleware tools.
• 3+ years of experience implementing sales process solutions, including Campaign, Lead, Opportunity, Activity, Contract Management, and Marketing.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and II, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, Salesforce Certified Integration Architecture & Designer.
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or other marketing cloud platforms.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with AWS.
• Proven ability to foster positive relationships with internal and external clients and vendors.
