Title: Superintendent
The Custom Home Superintendent is responsible for providing leadership and management to assigned projects safely, profitable, and timely.
Superintendent Responsibilities:

Manage projects start to finish

Daily oversight of current projects

Coordinate work with architects, subcontractors, inspectors, and suppliers
-
Pays special attention to prevention and documentation of delays or changes
-
Reviews and executes all change orders, supplements, and cost control budget adjustments

- Updated Resume and if possible Project List
- 5 years minimun as a custom home Superintendent
- Ground up experience and managing construction projects
- Thorough knowledge of contract documents, materials, equipment utilization, scheduling systems, productivity analysis, construction operations, and cash flow procedures are essential
