We have an immediate opportunity for an experienced Technical Recruiter to join our team.

Location: Remote (U.S.) Greater New York City Preferred

Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 with OTE of $100,000 in your first year.

What you’ll be doing:

• Recruit Systems and Network Administrators, Data Center / NOC Engineers and IT Service Desk technicians for full time salaried positions at JDA TSG.
• Develop and maintain an actionable pipeline to support both net new and backfill requirements.
• Using your expertise to identify, recruit & place top level talent to meet hiring goals through social media, cold calls, web searches, referrals etc.
• Develop a deep referral network, as many of the roles you’re hiring for are recurring.
• Manage candidates through a multi-stage evaluation process.
• Build and maintain a referral network.
• Learn to sell the value proposition of JDA TSG.
• Maintaining accurate details in our ATS.

The Experience you need to excel in the job:

• 5+ years agency recruiting, exceeding budgets / quota performance for similar positions.
• Ability to prioritize accordingly & pivot as needed.
• Managing multiple on-site requirements supporting multiple location in the U.S.
• Ability to prioritize competing priorities with no degradation to service delivery metrics.
• Innate desire to go deep into relevant technologies and prepare your candidates to fill roles.
• Filling multiple positions on a recurring monthly basis.
• Managing every candidate interaction to ensure an outstanding experience.
• Salary and compensation negotiation experience.
