Job Title: Full-Time Cinematic Videographer & Editor

Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and creative Videographer to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate has an expert ability to shoot and edit high-end cinematic video and photography. This role requires someone who can capture stunning footage, create engaging content, and bring a high level of detail to every project.
You will be responsible for shooting and editing professional videos, including b-roll, transitions, and ensuring the final output meets high-quality standards for both creative and technical elements. The right candidate will have a passion for storytelling through video and a strong understanding of cinematic techniques, lighting, and post-production. Experience working with both videos and photography is essential.
Key Responsibilities:

• Capture high-end cinematic video and photography for various projects.

• Create smooth transitions and dynamic b-roll that enhance the story and visual appeal.

• Edit videos with professional-level detail, including color correction, sound mixing, and advanced editing techniques.

• Collaborate closely with the creative team to plan, shoot, and edit content that aligns with the project’s vision and goals.

• Ensure all videos are aesthetically polished and adhere to a professional and cinematic standard.

• Maintain an organized library of media and assets for efficient workflow.

• Ability to work independently or within a team, taking creative direction and feedback to improve outputs.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in videography and professional video editing.

• Expert proficiency with video editing software (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, etc.).

• Strong skills in lighting, framing, and creating visually compelling shots.

• Experience with cinematic storytelling techniques and producing high-quality, polished content.

• Knowledge of color grading, audio editing, and special effects.

• Familiarity with professional camera equipment (e.g., DSLR, mirrorless, and high-end video cameras).

• Portfolio showcasing previous cinematic work and expertise in editing and videography.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in professional photography.

• Experience working with motion graphics or 3D animation.

• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.
