Current office locations include Greensboro, Garner, Myrtle Beach and Wilmington

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING | THE ROLE

Virtually inspect completed installations as they occur. Including inspection of each unit installed and clean-up.
Give directives, as needed, to Lead installer for on-site corrections.
Open services when required – This includes taking photos of the job, putting together a description of the problem, and documenting serial numbers.
Update our CRM with all notes as a result of inspection.
Collect final balance due if job is substantially complete.
Converse with customers to ensure they are happy with their experience.
Working in conjunction with Customer Care Manager to ensure highest level of satisfaction for our customers.

SKILLS

1+ years customer service skills
1+ years Field Experience
Computer literacy and navigating systems skills
Preferred - Experience with assisting customers from start to finish in a multistep process project
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to multitask
Strong competence in Microsoft Office software
High attention to detail
Strong organizational abilities

Job Type: Full-time
Required to work Monday thru Friday - 12:00pm-8:00pm or 11:00am -7:00pm
Pay: $20/ hour

90 Day performance review, followed by annual performance reviews.
Annual bonus based off performance.

Must be willing to submit to a background check
