• Prior Experience: Played college baseball at K-State, with a background in construction. Started as a Life License agent, quickly advanced into management; 15 years in the industry.
• Outside of Work: Enjoys hunting, bow hunting, golf, and spending time outdoors.
• About: Residing in Louisburg, KS, Jon is a dedicated family man, father of five, and grandfather. Actively involved in his church and deeply values his faith.

Nic Vasquez:

• Prior Experience: Former teacher for 17 years before joining our team in 2021.
• Time in Seat: 3 years with us.
• Outside of Work: Passionate about music, family, church, and travel.
• About: Lives in Kearney, Mo with his wife and their combined six children. Transitioned to our company to pursue personal growth and development.

Qualifications:

• Experience as a former athlete (basketball, baseball, football, soccer, track, running, hockey, diving, rugby, lacrosse, swimming, try-athletics, golf, tennis, pickleball, coach, athletic trainer, fitness trainer, etc.) is a bonus.
