G2 Secure Staff is expanding and looking to add to the Wheelchair Dispatcher operations in San Francisco International Airport (SFO)
Title: Wheelchair Dispatcher
Pay Rate: $23.77 per hour
Shift: midday and evening
The Wheelchair Dispatcher is responsible coordinating communications to the wheelchair service agent team and management as well as updates / notifications between the Client and employees. Ensures all data is recorded according to company procedures.
What does a Wheelchair Dispatcher do?

• Treat all information as confidential.
• Ability to communicate in English clearly and concisely verbally and in written form.
• Must be detail-oriented and perform with minimal supervision.
• Must have excellent radio/telephone skills.
• Must be able to lift, carry and/or hold up to 75 lbs.
• Must pass pre-employment and random drug test/criminal background check.
• Must be a citizen of the US or posses the necessary authorization from the immigration and naturalization Service (INS)
• Actively participate in the Safety Management System (SMS)
• Perform other duties as requested.

What skills are required to Join the Team?

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Dispatching: 1 year (Required)
• Previous airport and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Previous radio / phone dispatch experience desirable.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Must have good working knowledge of office environment software applications (word- processing, spreadsheet, data management).
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a reliable telephone and transportation number.
• Perform other duties as requested.

Language Skills:

• Ability to communicate effectively in the English language
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and procedure manuals, and employee handbooks
• Ability to effectively present information, including in written form, and respond to questions from passengers, managers, clients, customers, and the public
• Must also possess and utilize effective listening skills
