<Job Responsibilities>

• Reading the work procedures and giving instructions to the workers.
• (The contents are easy to understand even for inexperienced workers)
• Managing about 20 workers assigned to each process.
• Controlling each process following hygiene rules
• Reporting problems and proposing improvements
• Manage AP/KPIs and work towards achieving your goals
• Supporting on machine inspection activities

<Necessary Skill / Experience >

• Gender: Any
• Age: 30-45
• Education: College or higher
• Language: Japanese equivalent to N2 level (mainly speaking)
• Experience:
• - Working in a food-related industry for a Japanese company in Vietnam, or a food-related company in Japan.
• - At least 5 years working in the production field in the processed food industry or having around 10y experience in the Food industry

Pay: 20,000,000₫ - 25,000,000₫ per month
