<Job Responsibilities>

• 1. Search, contact, and advise potential tenants suitable for each project.
• 2. Develop a plan to attract potential tenants; take care of and support current tenants.
• 3. Discuss and negotiate lease terms with tenants.
• 4. Prepare lease contracts and related documents.
• 5. Research, and evaluate the commercial market, competitors, and current trends.
• 6. Perform other tasks as required by the Manager.

<Necessary Skill / Experience >

• Age: 26 - 30
• Gender: Any
• Education Background: College's Degree.
• Language: English - Business Level
• Experience: From 2 years of experience working as Leasing staff (in Commercial projects) with good network with F&B (big brands).
• Good skills in sales, and negotiation, eager to learn, and good attitudes.
• Able to join ASAP.
