Responsibilities:
- Arranging and booking meeting rooms, air tickets, restaurants for business purposes (30%);
- General secretarial tasks as assigned (30%);
- Arranging and managing Company car schedule and driver (15%);
- Preparing and translating necessary documents as required (15%);
- Arranging and coordinating internal and external meetings for lawyers (10%);

- Education: Bachelor
- Experience: Not required
- Language: English - Business Level (use English for communication to carry out daily tasks (receiving phone calls, conversations with Vietnamese lawyers and secretaries, correspondence by email, etc.))
