<Job Responsibilities>
-Supporting the managers in the tasks relating to on-going development projects in Vietnam market (i.e., reviewing legal docs, updating overall timeline, assisting the progress of negotiation/ finalization/ execution, and closing of NDA, LOI, MOU, Term-sheets, JAV, SPA, SHA…).
-Coordinating the relevant teams of the company with those of the partners in monitoring the schedule of the ongoing projects (construction, sales and marketing, handover…, etc.).
Communicating with agents or third parties to obtain and access investment opportunities and validate assumptions in financial models.
-Conducting background research and initial due diligence on potential partners and projects.
-Preparing financial models and initial investment appraisal documents for internal review and evaluation.
-Performing general research and analysis on macroeconomics, geopolitics, and regulations…
-Translating/interpreting the contents relating to ongoing/ potential projects and taking meeting minutes when required.
<Requirements>
・Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Finance or Real Estate related field.
・Language: English - Business Level
・Experience: At least 3 years of Investment experience in residential real estate investment and development.
・Other Skills:
-Analytical, numerate, and meticulous.
-Proficient in financial modeling.
-Strong skills in Excel, word, and Power Point presentation.
-Ability to work independently and maintain good relationships with related departments and third parties.
-Being able to have business trips when needed.
-Understanding and adapting to the working culture of Japanese companies.
