<Job Responsibilities>

• Contract Execution: Manage and execute the manufacturing services contract with our Vietnamese partner.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the Administrative Manager of our Vietnamese partner to coordinate operations and resolve any issues.
• Travel: Travel to Customer sites as required to address product issues and to understand quality requirements
• Production Management: Oversee daily production activities to ensure efficient and timely manufacturing processes.
• Planning: Develop production plans to meet customer delivery schedules. Schedule raw materials with headquarters to ensure material supply is available to execute in a timely manner.
• Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure products meet industry standards and customer specifications.
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of production staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Training: Active role in preparation and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures in the local language including appropriate training of personnel
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and optimize resource utilization.
• Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels to ensure adequate supply of raw materials and finished products.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with health and safety regulations.
• Budget Management: Develop and manage the production budget, ensuring cost-effective operations.
• Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on production performance, including key metrics and improvement initiatives.

• Experience: Have 7-10 years of experience in manufacturing operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role preferably in the thermoplastic composites or footwear industry.
