<Job Responsibilities>

• Provide legal support for projects carried out by companies both in Vietnam and abroad.
• Engage in daily legal affairs.
• (The scope of work is not limited to Vietnam.)
• Manage legal matters related to overseas investments and M&A
• Understand business laws and regulations in each relevant country
• Create a contract or check its contents

<Necessary Skill / Experience >

• Education: Bachelor's degree or Master
• Gender: Any
• Age: Under 35y
• Language: Fluent in English
• Have studying abroad experience
• Have more than 5years of working experience in a Legal position or Lawyer in any industry
• Have any legal qualifications
• Have extensive legal knowledge regarding business in Vietnam
• Have knowledgeable about the laws of Vietnam, the United States, and Southeast Asia
• Personality: Cheerful, Self-motivated, Active

Monthly Salary: negotiate
