Main Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage daily activities of staff.
• Field, and ensure resolution of, supplier and employee inquiries regarding invoice approval and invoice payment status.
• Manage and review the setup of new suppliers including payment terms and banking information.
• Review Accounts Payable aging reports.
• Guideline/ resolve issues of team.

Requirements:

• University degree in Accounting.
• At least 2 to 3 years of work experience in AP accounting.
• Team player mentality.
