Objectives
We are looking for Admin who provides comprehensive support to the MCN teams, ensuring smooth coordination of influencer marketing projects and efficient management of contracts, financial documents, and team schedules. The role aims to streamline administrative tasks and financial processes to enhance project execution and interdepartmental collaboration.Job Description
Marketing projects & Document support:
- Assist the Account Team in managing tasks, coordinating with internal/external stakeholders, and preparing reports and documents.
- Manage contracts, IOs, financial documents (Launching Requests, Payment Requests).
- Ensure financial documents during project implementation, including launching request, payment request, etc.
- Monthly reconcile revenue and expenses between departments
- Report on the status of accounts payable and receivable
Team operation support:
- Organize schedules, meetings, and team logistics.
- Generate and manage client codes.
- Other tasks assigned by Line Manager.
Job Requirements
Skills & Knowledge & Qualification
- College Bachelor/Bachelor Degree in relevant field (Business, Bank, Human Resources,…)
- Proven work experience as an Sales Admin/Admin Assistant or similar roles
- Having good understanding of office workflow
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability
- Can-do attitude, self-motivated, good communication skills
