Job description

• Set up and manage automation processes between various applications (e.g., CRM systems, accounting systems, social media, and marketing applications).
• Integrate and optimize workflows using AI tools.
• Design creative solutions to meet clients’ needs by understanding the functionality and limitations of different automation platforms.
• Utilize and manage JSON for custom integrations and complex workflows.
• Work closely with SMEs to identify opportunities for automation and optimization.

Your skills and experience

• 1+ years of experience working with automation platforms (Make.com, Zapier, etc.).
• Strong understanding of AI tools like Chat GPT, Claude, etc.
• Proficiency in JSON and understanding of API integrations.
• Fluent English speaking and writing skills. Proficiency in any European or ASEAN languages is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a creative approach to finding solutions.

• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• The ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Passion for automation, efficiency, and continuous learning.
