Hexa Property Management is a leading property management company based in Houston, Texas, with a global remote team spanning across Asia, Europe, the US, and Latin America. Position Overview
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Bookkeeper. The primary responsibilities of this role include maintaining accurate financial records and handling accounts payable and receivable.
Working Conditions

• 100% Remote | Zoom meetings required during working hours.
• 8 hours/day, 40 hours/week from Monday to Friday.
• Working Hours (Vietnam Time) – Monday: 8PM - 12AM; Tuesday to Friday: 8AM - 12PM & 8PM - 12AM; Saturday: 8AM - 12PM.

Salary: 12 - 15 million VND per month (approx. $485 - $610)
Key Responsibilities

• Record day-to-day financial transactions.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial data.
• Assist with month-end closing procedures.
• Prepare financial reports and assist with budgeting as needed.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure compliance with accounting principles and company policies.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in Bookkeeper is preferred.
• Proficient in Vietnamese (fluent) and English (intermediate) with a solid understanding of accounting terminology and effective communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Comfortable working remotely and capable of managing time efficiently.
