• Control level of stock of food in house and what needs to be ordered, receive perishable items according to standards, apply and follow F. I. F.O. and storage system as per guideline./Kiểm soát hàng kho và hàng hóa cần mua, nhận hàng hóa đúng theo tiêu chuẩn và áp dụng nguyên tắc FIFO và dự trữ hàng hóa theo quy định.
• Provide consistent quality of food and service to Internal and External customers, by adhering to and enforcing all Standards of excellence; training and guidance of trainees and attendants./Cung cấp chất lượng món ăn và dịch vụ một cách nhất quán đối với khách hàng nội bộ và khách hàng nói chung, bằng cách bám sát và tuân theo tất cả tiêu chuẩn dịch vụ, đào tạo và hướng dẫn nhân viên, thực tập sinh.
• Supervise and prepare shift operations and ensure compliance with all Food & Beverage policies, standards and procedures./Giám sát và chuẩn bị ca làm việc và đảm bảo tuân theo tất cả các chính sách, tiêu chuẩn và quy trình.
• Assist Chef de Cuisine in outlet operations as necessary./Hỗ trợ Bếp trưởng trong việc vận hành bếp nhà hàng khi cần thiết.
• Perform all duties of kitchen associates as required./Thực hiện tất cả các công việc của nhân viên khi được yêu cầu.
• Recognize superior quality products, presentations and flavor./Nhận biết và giám sát chất lượng sản phẩm, cách trinhg bày và hương vị.
• Maintain food preparation handling and correct storage standards./Duy trì sự trao đổi nguyên vật liệu và điều chỉnh tiêu chuẩn bảo quản thực phẩm.
• Maintain purchasing, receiving and food storage standards./Duy trì tiêu chuẩn mua hàng, nhận hàng và bảo quản thực phẩm.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state and federal (Health Department) regulations and FSMS Company standard/Đảm bảo tuân theo tất cả các luật lệ của Bộ y tế và tiêu chuẩn vệ sinh an toàn thực phẩm
• Support procedures for Food & Beverage portion controls and wast./Hỗ trợ trong việc quản lí phần ăn và lượng thức ăn thừa
• Calculate accurate theoretical and weighted food costs./Tính toán chính xác về mặt chi phí thực phẩm
• Follow proper handling and right temperature of all food products./ Tuân theo quy trình xử lí và nhiệt độ chính xác của tất cả các sản phẩm
• Know and implement Hygiene and Safety Standards./ Hiểu và tiến hành các tiêu chuẩn về Vệ sinh an toàn thực phẩm.
• Operate and maintain all department equipment and reports malfunctions./ Tổ chức và duy trì tất cả các trang thiết bị của bộ phận và báo cáo sai hỏng

Required skills

• Strong organization skills; Possess the ability to perform all functions in the operation; Food and Beverage culinary management experience with demonstrated leadership; Extensive knowledge of food handling and sanitation standards. / Kỹ năng tổ chức vững mạnh; Có khả năng thực hiện tất cả các chức năng trong sự vận hành. Kinh nghiệm quản lý về mảng ẩm thực cùng với kinh nghiệm lãnh đao; Kiến thức sâu rộng về tiêu chuẩn xử lý và vệ sinh an toàn thực phẩm

Qualifications

• Certification as required to comply with culinary Education preferred/Bằng cấp có liên liên quan đến đào tạo ẩm thực

Experience

2+ years managing a team of junior culinarians / Tối thiểu 2 năm kinh nghiệm quản lí nhân viên quy mô nhỏ trong mảng ẩm thực

The ability to demonstrate and execute an exceedingly strong work ethic/ Khả năng chứng minh và thực hiện công việc đúng theo nội quy
