We are looking for a COO to serve as the Head of the Head Office, working alongside the CEO to drive the group‘s operations by implementing well-defined structures, processes, and fostering a strong company culture.Scope of Responsibilities:Operations Management:Oversee key Head Office functions, including HR & Administration, Finance & Accounting, Business Intelligence, and IT.Manage the Head Office P&L to maximize operational efficiency.Governance:Develop administrative processes and compliance frameworks for subsidiary companies.Ensure all subsidiaries comply with established regulations and procedures.Additional Responsibilities:Lead and establish new regional offices, including recruitment efforts.Participate in M&A activities and help drive synergy across the group.Handle delegated responsibilities from the CEO, including the management of specific business lines.Promotion Path: Potential promotion to CEO.Requirements:Proven experience as a COO in a group-structured company, or as a Managing Director/CEO in related fields such as Software, Marketing, or Data.Strong financial background and expertise.
