Community Growth Specialist takes responsibility for driving the growth and engagement of our Crypto Wallet product's user community, by developing and implementing strategies to attract, retain, and foster a passionate community of crypto enthusiasts and Wallet users.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and execute a community growth strategy to expand our user base and drive active participation.
• Facilitate discussions, respond to user inquiries, and foster a positive community environment across various channels.
• Organize community events, meetups, and online activities to bring users together.
• Identify and empower community leaders, moderators, and influencers to amplify our messaging.
• Create and curate engaging, educational content to address user needs.
• Manage and maintain our online community channels, ensuring consistent communication.
• Collect and analyze user feedback to inform product development and strategy.
• Explore partnerships with relevant crypto communities and industry organizations.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• 3+ years of experience in community management, preferably in crypto/blockchain or fintech.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with a diverse user base.
• Strong writing and content creation abilities, with a deep understanding of effective community management.
• Familiarity with online community platforms, social media, and digital marketing tools.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret user data and feedback.
• Passion for the crypto ecosystem and a desire to empower our Crypto Wallet users.
• Excellent English proficiency
