- Identify customer insights to enhance communication through various touchpoints, including direct customer interactions, sales channels, customer service teams, and other relevant avenues.
- Improve and diversify internal services to cater to the unique needs of VIP customers nationwide.
- Develop and manage a comprehensive guest-welcome schedule, overseeing all aspects of the customer’s visit.
- Maintain a proactive approach to promptly address and resolve any issues that may arise during customer visits, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience.
- Take a hands-on approach to organizing agendas, including airport pick-up, hotel bookings, travel arrangements (local tours or trips within Vietnam), dining arrangements, parties, and other related activities.
- Collaborate closely with other functions within the company to facilitate seamless communication and successful execution of business trips.
- Prepare necessary documentation and mandatory paperwork to align with internal processes and compliance requirements.
- Ensure the adherence to trip budgets and maintain accurate records of invoices and related paperwork for timely reimbursement.
- Report customer feedback to managers, highlighting areas for improvement and potential opportunities to enhance the customer experience.
- Assist with internal administrative tasks related to overseas branches, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
- Undertake ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the line manager, contributing to the overall success of the Customer Care department.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in customer service, customer care, or an airline is a competitive advantage.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
- Strong problem-solving skills, able to identify issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Proficient in using relevant software applications and tools, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate across departments.
- Flexibility and adaptability to handle multiple tasks and changing priorities.
- Strong sense of professionalism and commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
- Fluency in English and/or Japanese.
