• Chat/Call/Join Meetings to guide customers in using our software to resolve business problems.
• Monitor and support customers during the process of using the software.
• Coordinate with the technical department to handle issues reported by customers.
• Using CX Genie's chatbot to optimize work efficiency) and sending feedback to the Project Manager to improve the product.

Yêu cầu công việc:

• Skillful in communication and problem solving.
• Having knowledge of sales and marketing is an advantage
• Being able to learn how to use softwares quickly is an advantage.
• < 1 year of experience in the Customer Support position
• Having experience in customer support for IT companies is a plus
• Proactive, energetic, and good communication skills
• Good English skills
