Customer Relationship Management Executive
YCM is looking for like-minded partners who are responsible for delivering our best customer service to valuable clients for our Vietnam Division of YCM's Global Sales & Marketing Department.
If you love to meet people, are willing to accept any challenge, and have no
fear, you are welcome to join: you need to have business experience, but also high self-discipline and pressure resistance, good learning attitude and willingness to change and adjust.
If you want to work in your comfort zone every day, you are afraid of taking the initiative to speak out in front of the crowd, and you don't want to make any changes, please do not apply!
Main Tasks include
1. Market research and analysis, understand market trends in various industries.
2. Customer relationship management, develop the ideas to push sales.
3. Good Data analyzing and integrating ability.
4. Assisting and handling tasks assigned by supervisors.
5. Create Presentations and assist Salesmen to develop clients.
6. Assess and resolve the issues from clients with YCM Consultation.
7. Maintain relationship with factories/clients and frequent travels.
8. Ability to conduct the audits.

- English - Professional working proficiency, Chinese is Preferred and Any other foreign languages are a plus
- MS Office (Power Point/ Excel/ Word)
- Bachelor in Business, Chemical, Biology or other relevant education.
- Years of experience in Business or related fields is preferred.
