Customs Clearance Intern (HCMC)

1/ Main Tasks:

Received bookings from customers/ freight team to handle shipments
Check emails, documents, standard operating procedure (SOP) to prepare customs clearance services
Do data entry and cross-check CDS
Upload documents to VNACCS system
Collect related documents and archive then send them to customers' system.
Support update timestamps and Proof of Delivery (POD)
Support billing process
Other reports

2/ Requirements:

COMPULSORY: Student (NOT fresh graduated and still be student for at least 4 months) who can work full-time from Monday to Friday for 6 months, 1-2 off-sessions per week for the study is acceptable.
Good at English skills (both speaking & writing)
Background with Economics, Logistics and Analytics
Good attitude, hard-working, willing to learn
Good at MS Office
