Job Description

• Travel arrangement (flight ticket, visa, accommodation, TPS, claim after trips, ...)
• Handling documents for DHs' approval/signature
• Maintaining & updating BGSV’s Specimen Signature
• Making payment for internal invoices
• Ordering stationery and other administration stuffs
• Managing and arranging the assets (laptops, desktops, HDMI, headsets, ...) for associates
• Taking care of Department Meetings/ Workshop
• Organizing Team Outing, Team Building for Department
• Following up tasks in Department
• Training coordinator for CTG, FCM & EOM (manage compliance trainings and learning plan)
• Support for Trade Union Team
• SPOC for CTG, FCM in term of Outsourcing request

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of work-related experience
• Interested to work in Admin/ Secretary tasks.
• Good English skills (speaking and writing)
• Good knowledge of administration (word, excel, power point …)
• Personal Skills, Time Management skill, Task management skill
• Hard working, enthusiasm, dynamic, self-confidence to meet deadlines,
