Invest Talent JSC is assisting our client a wellness retail group in hiring a new PA cum Translator to join and build their business in Vietnam.
Key Responsibilities:
Personal Assistance

• Provie high-level administrative support to senior management.
• Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
• Organize and maintain confidential documents and reports.
• Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and meeting agendas.

Translation and Interpretation:

• Translate documents, emails, and other written materials between Chinese,

English, and Vietnamese.

• Provide verbal interpretation during meetings, conferences, and business
• Ensure that translations are accurate and reflect the intended meaning.

Liaison and Communication:

• Act as the key point of contact between senior management and internal/external stakeholders.
• Assist with cross-cultural communication to facilitate business operations.

Administrative Tasks:

• Handle correspondence, prepare invoices, and process expense claims.
• Organize and prioritize tasks to ensure that deadlines are met.
• Assist in event planning and execution when required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Language Studies, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Chinese (HSK 5 or above), English, and Vietnamese (both written and spoken) is essential.
• Previous experience in a PA, executive assistant, or translator role is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with office software (MS Office, Google Workspace).
