Job Summary:
The Production Supervisor will oversee daily production activities, ensuring that production targets are met efficiently and safely. This role requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of manufacturing processes, and the ability to manage a team effectively.
Working location: Binh Phuoc province
Responsibilities:
· Production Management: Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to ensure timely and efficient manufacturing of products. Implement production schedules and manage resources effectively. Ensure production output targets are met.
· Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations (6S). Promote a safe working environment and implement safety protocols.
· Team Leadership: Lead, train, and develop the production team. Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement. Maintain the productivity per employee under your responsibility.
· Reporting: Prepare and submit production reports to senior management. Provide insights and recommendations based on production data.
· Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including procurement, logistics, and quality assurance, to ensure smooth production operations.
· Other task assigned by higher manager
Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
· Minimum of 2 years of experience in a production supervisory & workers management role, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
· Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and lean manufacturing principles.
· Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
· Basic Chinese skills requirement
