Responsibilities:
1. Daily
-Maintains and develops relationships with existing customers: discuss customers about working projects, new projects, current PO, forecast new PO, gives advice and guidance on products selection to customers,...
-Works with Sales admin, production dep, purchase dep to arrange delivery, production schedule, arrange enough materials... as customers' request.
-Prepares and submits necessary documents to customers as their request such as Quotation, Specification, Sales contract, …
-Responsibly deals with customers about price; control customer payment with Accountant dep.
-Arranges sending samples to customers with an instruction sheet.
-Prepares and submits necessary documents to customers as their request.
-Discuss with R&D about customers' inquiries, checks the quality of final products together Manager, Group leader, Leader and R&D team before submitting samples to customers.
-Finds and approaches new customers.
-Submits/Updates necessary documents to Headquarters, Production department: Composition sheet, Quality check sheet when applying manufacturing new products.
-Make sales reports: weekly, forecast sales every week.
-Makes action plan for each month.
-Responsibly deals with customer complaints by working with QA, R&D.
2. Business trip
-Make appointments with customers.
-Arrange samples, related documents which will be introduced to customers with R&D.
-Arrange cars, hotels, dry ice,...if any.
-Supports techniques to customers accompanied by R&D team: make trial test, first production line, solve claims,...
-Have lunch/dinner with customers.
Requirements:
- Communicate well in English (4 skills of speaking, listening, reading & writing)
- Graduated university with a Food Major(better)
- At least 3 year experience in an equivalent position (if having knowledge of food additives will be priority)→If candidate has university food major, one year of experience OK.

Working location:　Vietnam-Singapore Industrial Park, Binh Hoa Ward, Thuan An City, Binh Duong
Working time:
from 8:00am~17:00pm (5 days per week) →Mon-Fri or Tue-Sat (Shifts are decided monthly.)
