B. Braun Vietnam (BBVN) Fresh Speed Up is a professional training and on-the-job development program for final year student or fresh graduates with less than 1 year of working experience. This program develops young and willing-to-learn talents into the next generation of BBVN employees.
Successful candidates will join a development stint with professional career and coaching plan within chosen department. There will be an assessment with department heads and HR to assess the performance and confirm you to become permanent employee of BBVN."

The Production Planner is essential in ensuring that the manufacturing processes run smoothly, efficiently and on time to meet customer demand. The Production Planner works closely with various departments, including production, procurement, quality, and logistics to coordinating all the necessary resources, materials, and activities needed for production and have goods delivered to the customer as requirement.

A/ JOB FUNCTIONS:
1. Forcast and Order Handling:

• Daily/weekly check,download updated forecast/ orders from Inter-company customers in systems
• Follow up with the budget fulfillment

2. Production Scheduling:

• Make daily/weekly produciton schedule
• Firm plan orders in system
• Convert from plan orders to production orders and printing produciton shop packets
• Daily/weekly tracking produciton output
• Coordinate to solve any issue that impact to production plan

3. Material Required Planning:

• Calculating raw material and components requirement based on MPS loading.
• Comminicate forecast demand to Material Planning team
• Follow up stock status, material availability to ensure smooth produciton

4. Capacity Planning:

• Check and update information of avaialble resources (man power, production equipment)
• Levelling produciton to have the best capacity utilization
• Work center's schedule update in SAP

5. Export shipment arrangement:

• Make forecast for export shipment
• Follow up with SCM team to arrange the shipment on time

6. Data base management:

• Create/ Maintain material master data in SAP system
• Update BOM/Routing

7. Others assigned by the managers

• Tasks to be assigned by team leader/line managers
• Participate in improvement project activities of departments

C/ REQUIREMENTS:

• Final year student or fresh graduated less than one year of working experience.
• Having ability of Business analyst, reporting, and Advantages if being able to use power BI, power querry
• GPA minimum 6.5 or equivalent
• Good command of English
• Having Analytical, Problem Solving and Critical thinking
