Actuarial Management Program – under The Strivers program aims at developing top fresh bachelors from top universities in Vietnam and overseas to be fast tracked and to hold managerial positions after graduating this 48 to 54-month length program.
In line with the buy, build and retention approach of Talent Development, this program builds up Actuarial talent pool as part of succession planning to ensure Actuarial organizational sustainable growth. It also accelerates EXPERTISE LEADERS with strong technical & management capabilities.
There are 2 phases in Actuarial Management Development Program, consisting of the Rotations and Home Function Assignment in 36 months and 12 months respectively. The Functional Trainee will be advised for individual rotation plans as per the program’s foundational design & the trainees’ career aspirations.
The position holder will take rotation in different business functions (Corporate Actuarial, Product & Pricing Actuarial,…) to gain on the job experiences & practical knowledge on: Business Understanding & Functional Expertise, and importantly to build up their leadership capabilities.
The trainee would join different assigned works in both project format and daily work assignments

  • Be accountable for the assigned job assignments & projects in their trainee program
