Objectives

We are looking for a Copywriter Trainee with a solid background in content creation, passion for developing content solutions to deeply impact Client’s Brand-Campaign Performance in general. You will be an important part of our Creative team to drive the outstanding business results for PMAX. *This position is always open all year round and is not a part of our Annual Trainee Program. Only candidates with successful test results will be proceeded to the next round.

Job Description

Content Research (10%)

• Study and understand clients’ products/ industries/ services, the target audience, insights, and competitors’ activities.
• Assist Strategy Team on synthesizing insights to build buyer personas and combine with client’s brand positioning to propose strategic content direction.

Content Production (70%)

• In charge of all digital content types such as Facebook posts, PR articles, Video script, Advertising material (including E-commerce Ads)…
• Brainstorm creative thoughts/ ideas for new campaigns/proposals and support in creating such concepts, especially in the digital field.
• Drive the creation of original concepts that result in effective and compelling communication while maintaining a clear and consistent brand voice.
• Work closely with the Design and Video Editing team to make sure all materials are aligned with the concept.

Others (20%)

• Handle the scope of managing social media platforms (if required).
• Undertake the internal projects assigned by the line manager.

Job Requirements

Qualifications

• Third/Final year or recently graduated students major in Communications, PR or Marketing
• Experienced in copywriting and/or creative/branding content creation
• Understanding different language styles that appeal to various target markets
• Clear, concise, and grammatically correct writing style
• Good sense of social listening to catch the latest trends
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Independent, passionate, self-motivated and quick learner
• Able to create content script for Tik tok video or be a tiktoker (edit and being talent) is a plus
• Good in English is a must
• Can commit at least 3-months internship program and can work full-time is a plus
