WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Define and oversee the execution of Elfie's global mobile application growth marketing (acquisition and retention) strategy in line with expansion objectives
  


• Lead and manage our newly established Growth Marketing team, including user acquisition, engagement, content, CRM and gamification
  
• Leverage data to priorities the right digital marketing projects, and to optimize user growth strategies accordingly
  
• Develop and manage the growth marketing budget, allocating resources efficiently to maximize return on investment
  
• Analyze user data and behavioral patterns to identify opportunities for enhancing acquisition and retention
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align growth initiatives with business objectives
  

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

• 10+ years of experience in leading regional or global strategic growth marketing efforts for mobile app companies, ideally start-ups
  
• Proven track record of leading sustainable user growth and engagement at a senior level, ideally in a start-up environment
  
• Fluent in English with strong communication and collaboration skills.
  
• Expertise in data analysis and performance marketing.
  
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
  
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
