The school is currently looking to recruit a:

Head of Primary Music

Applications are invited from enthusiastic, qualified and experienced teachers to lead our primary music team. A minimum of five years teaching music in either a primary or secondary, school is required. An interest in working with children aged 2 to 11 years is essential. Co-curricular clubs, concerts and productions are a key part of the school calendar and the successful candidate will be responsible for leading these. Our children are extremely enthusiastic and value the opportunities to showcase their talents through various events, including school musicals, events in the local community and collaborations with other schools both locally and internationally.

We will look to you to promote high expectations for our students, designing learning activities that are aligned to our school’s curriculum and the Juilliard programme. You will foster an environment of respect within the classroom, facilitating learning through questioning and discussion.

Our primary students follow the English National Curriculum blended with the thematic and interactive International Primary Curriculum and achieve outstanding outcomes. In Secondary, our students continue with the English National Curriculum at Key Stage 3 in preparation for their IGCSEs and later, the rigorous IB Diploma Programme. Our 2024 cohort of 102 IBDP graduates achieved an average score of 36.1 points, significantly higher than the global average of 30.3 points, with 28% of our students achieving 40 points or more and 1 student achieving a perfect score of 45. Our students are equally successful at IGCSE. Our 2024 cohort of 154 students achieved 62% of grades at A*/A with 97% of our students achieving A* - C in 5 or more subjects and 31 students achieving A*/A grades across all their subjects.

Beyond academics, we have an exceptional enrichment programme with over 100 Co-Curricular activities and expeditions both in Vietnam and globally that help our students overcome challenges, build confidence, create lifelong memories and change to the communities around them.
