Responsibility
Key Account

• Researching, approaching and promoting HR Services to prospective clients, analyzing their business, and their current and future recruitment needs
• Consultant clients to have the best solution for each job requirement for searching for the right candidates.
• Developing and maintaining business relationships with prospective clients
• Prepare quotations, deal contact and handle necessary paperwork to sign contracts.

Recruitment Consultant

• Search, Screen and short-listing applicants
• Interviewing candidates and assessing their skills and experience, their career goals and their suitability for different roles.
• Consult candidates on salary, training and career progression based on their expectations.
• Arrange meetings, and manage the interview process

Requirements

• Experience in the Recruitment/ CS/ Business Development or B2B Client Management is a plus
• Customer Service
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Good in English
• Computer skills: Word, Excel, Power Point, Email, Zoom, Google Meet
• Content and SEO skills are a plus

• Đại học (Bắt buộc)

Kinh nghiệm làm việc:

• HR: 1 năm (Ưu tiên)

Ngôn ngữ:

• tiếng Anh (Ưu tiên)
