Objectives

We are looking for a proactive, supportive, devoted and people-oriented HR Intern who will join and support the HR team throughout various HR activities, focusing on and driving the talent acquisition process.

Job Description

Administration (80%):

• Office management:
  • Monitor and ensure adequate supplies and stationery
  • Manage inventories, stationery/travel/event expenses, and maintenance costs of the company
• Operations:
  • Proceed, follow up and update payment request
  • Manage papers and records of the HR Department in place
  • Receive, classify and transfer documents and correspondence to relevant employees/departments/clients as required
  • Assist in other tasks related to logistics, paperworks, etc.

Internal Communication (20%):

• Assist in idea generation, planning and execution of engagement activities, teambuilding, year-end party, job fair, event, charity and other HR activities
• Assist in releasing content for Internal Communication

Job Requirements

Skills & Knowledge & Qualification

• 3rd-or 4th- year students from any field, prefer to work fulltime (at least 4 days per week)
• Good at Microsoft Office/Google Suite
• Immediate English skills
• Eager to learn and can-do attitude
• Strategic mindset, strong communication skills, excellent time & task management
• Proactive, autonomous, hard-working, ownership, integrity, supportive
• Be able to develop content or use some basic design tools (Canva,…) is a plus
• Can commit 6-months internship program and can work full-time is a plus
