Responsibilities

• Support organize and coordinate training sessions and workshops
• Support trainers during sessions and manage participant needs
• Collect and analyze feedback to improve training programs
• Maintain accurate training records and databases
• Handle L&D internal services, learning programs and events
• Other administrative tasks assigned by the supervisor (market research, paperwork...)

Qualifications

• For 4th year students or fresh graduates in Human Resources, Economics, Business Administration or related major
• Can work minimum 4 days/week
• Having experience/interest in organizing activities
• Having interests in HR, especially Learning and Development
• Having good communication skills in both English and Vietnamese
• Having full skill practices and applications of Excel, Power Point, Canva,..
• Being customer-oriented, friendly, patient, proactive, organized and highly responsible
• Having experience/knowledge of Mailchimp and Google Sie is a plus
