[HRL] Senior L&D Executive

Job Description

Develop and implement a comprehensive learning and development strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives
Design, deliver, and evaluate training programs for employees at all levels
Collaborate with department heads and HR to identify training needs and develop targeted learning solutions
Utilize a variety of training methods and technologies to engage and educate employees, including e-learning, workshops, and on-the-job training
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making adjustments as needed to ensure maximum impact
Stay current on industry trends and best practices in L&D, and incorporate new ideas and innovations into our training approach
Manage the L&D budget and resources effectively to ensure the delivery of high-quality training programs within budget constraints
Build and maintain relationships with external training providers and educational institutions to supplement internal training efforts
Design and implement a comprehensive English language learning program that aligns with the company's goals and objectives
Assess the English language proficiency of employees and identify specific areas for improvement

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field; Master's degree preferred
Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development
Proven track record of designing and implementing successful training programs that have had a measurable impact on employee performance and organizational success
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
In-depth knowledge of learning theories, instructional design principles, and adult learning methodologies
Experience with learning management systems and other training technologies
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and deliver results on time and within budget
