[HRL] Senior L&D Executive

Job Description

Develop and implement a comprehensive learning and development strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives - Design, deliver, and evaluate training programs for employees at all levels
- Collaborate with department heads and HR to identify training needs and develop targeted learning solutions
- Utilize a variety of training methods and technologies to engage and educate employees, including e-learning, workshops, and on-the-job training
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making adjustments as needed to ensure maximum impact
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in L&D, and incorporate new ideas and innovations into our training approach
- Manage the L&D budget and resources effectively to ensure the delivery of high-quality training programs within budget constraints
- Build and maintain relationships with external training providers and educational institutions to supplement internal training efforts
- Design and implement a comprehensive English language learning program that aligns with the company's goals and objectives
- Assess the English language proficiency of employees and identify specific areas for improvement
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field; Master's degree preferred - Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development
- Proven track record of designing and implementing successful training programs that have had a measurable impact on employee performance and organizational success
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- In-depth knowledge of learning theories, instructional design principles, and adult learning methodologies
- Experience with learning management systems and other training technologies
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and deliver results on time and within budget
