Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and offline channels.
- Support the marketing team in creating content for KFC’s social media platforms, including graphics, videos, and posts.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and consumer preferences, providing insights to support marketing strategies.
- Help organize and manage promotional events, partnerships, and campaigns to boost customer engagement and brand visibility.
- Assist in analyzing campaign performance metrics and generating reports to evaluate effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as the operations and creative departments, to align marketing activities with business goals.
- Monitor and report on competitor activities and industry trends.
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong interest in the food and beverage industry, especially Quick Service Restaurants (QSR).
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
