Lixibox is a full-stack one-stop omni-channel solution for luxury affordable brands to reach Gen Z consumers in Vietnam, one of the fastest growing regions in the world. We focus on optimizing operation by leveraging an in-house agency and the in-house technology solutions to bring the most effective brand launching that would benefit the end consumers.

Purpose And Mission: We are seeking a highly experienced and results-oriented Operation Director to lead and optimize our core operational functions in Vietnam. This critical role will oversee Sales & Operations, Demand Planning, Purchasing, Warehouse & Logistics, and Customer Service, ensuring smooth and efficient processes that support Lixibox’s continued growth and exceptional customer experience. The Operation Director will report directly to the Country Director and work closely with the Commercial Director to achieve strategic business objectives.

I. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead and develop operational strategies to maximize efficiency, optimize costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Manage and mentor a high-performing team across all key operational functions.
Optimize demand planning, purchasing, and warehouse & logistics for seamless order fulfillment and cost efficiency.
Oversee Sales & Operations Planning to ensure alignment between demand and supply.
Negotiate with suppliers on payment terms, lead times, and margins.
Plan and manage the working capital budget to ensure positive cash flow.
Lead the Customer Service team to ensure timely resolution of inquiries and drive customer loyalty.
Drive continuous process improvement and implement best practices.
Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.
Ensure compliance with regulations and implement risk mitigation strategies.
Develop and manage operational budgets.

II. REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in operations management, with a proven track record of success in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Experience in the e-commerce or retail industry is highly preferred.
Strong leadership, team management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in managing budgets and controlling costs.
Fluency in Vietnamese and English.
