You will oversee the production planning activities in all sites in Vietnam. Assist Production Supervisor to maintain production schedules to meet customer demands and inventory requirements. Work with the planning team to develop a consolidated forecast, demand plan and production schedules. Oversee all activities at the workplace, report deficiencies, resolve any operational issues, and ensure adherence to established profiles and quality standards. You will report directly to Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor production output and adjust schedules to improve productivity and efficiency.
  
• Production Operations Management Oversee the entire production process during the assigned shift, ensuring efficient operations across all stages, including Cleaning, Roasting, Flavoring, and Packing.
  
• Coordinate the production team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly production goals.
  
• Ensure that green and roasted coffee are correctly rotated and routed through the team.
  
• Schedule and assign tasks to team members, ensuring efficient workflow and production.
  
• Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve resource utilization.
  
• Facilitate the production cycle of all the production by effective utilization of production resources
  
• Involve the long-term capacity planning and Operation Planning activities.
  
• Control the batch size, yield loss, cleaning solvent.
  
• Data analysis to support raw material supply and finished goods demand
  
• Partner with Supply Chain team to manage RM delivery schedule of suppliers with their delivery
  

Qualifications

• Years of experience: 5 year(s)
  
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business/Engineering or equivalent
  
• Working experience in production planning and familiar with Oracle/SAP/ERP are mandatory
  
• Work independently and in a dynamic & challenging environment
  
• Excellent communication, planning, coordination, interpersonal and problem solving skills while
  
• Good proficiency in verbal and written English and local language
  
• Knowledgeable in the ISO-related quality systems
