JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Ensure all projects are delivered on time within the stipulated scope and budget
• Lead the initiation and planning of a project and ensure technical feasibility
• Develop a timeline that captures milestones for projects
• Ensure resource availability and allocation
• Develop a detailed plan to monitor and track the progress of the project
• Coordinate with internal and external parties for the flawless execution of projects
• Perform risk management analysis to reduce project risks
• Responsible for the project's successful conclusion by providing leadership, strategically managing risk, and ensuring that each phase of the project starts and ends on schedule.
• Partner with potential interior and architecture contractors/ vendors in accordance with BODs expectation to deliver products on time
• Regularly update stakeholders and executives with reports on the progress and performance of projects
• Identify and mitigate project risk to avoid delays and cost overruns
• Maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive information

REQUIREMENT:

Knowledge:

• Experienced in project development in the F&B and retail sectors.
• Experienced in implementing and setting up F&B and retail chain models.
• Proficient in drafting documents and office software

Skills:

• Ability to analyze locations (identify attractive sites, analyze and evaluate their advantages and special potential).
• Capable of working independently and collaboratively, connecting departments for new projects.
• Willing to travel.
• Project management.
• Strong understanding of legal documents (mainly related to leasing and business operations).
• Negotiation skills with partners.
• Ability to plan, coordinate, and execute.
