Responsibility:

• Site identification and sourcing activities for different retail formats

• Conduct research into the suitability of potential sites for these formats and make recommendations to the company management

• To establish (and maintain) relationships with landlords and to conduct negotiations with landlords in line with business strategy

• Manage contract completion activities (lease agreements, tenancy agreements etc)

• Manage existing leases and tenancy agreements, including contract renewal requirements

• Other ad hoc duties as assigned by the company management

• Build/ Maintain/ Enhance relationships with major mall landlord likes (Aeon/ Go/ Lotte/…)

- Mapping/ Sourcing/ Monitoring all shopping malls across Vietnam -> Propose plans to join potential shopping malls, in line with GUVN strategy

• Analyze project (current and new store) investment efficiency (FM) and propose solutions

Requirement:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management/ Law/ Economics/ Real Estate or a related field

• Strong knowledge of the Vietnam retail and real estate market

• Good grasp of legal terminology about tenancies, leases & contractual matters

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience Manager and 3 years’ experience Executive or equivalent in Tenancy Management and/or Business Development, with preference for candidates with networks within the Vietnamese real estate community

• Have a good relationship with shopping malls (Must)

• Strong negotiation skills

• Project management skills with previous exposure to construction activities are also an advantage

• High level of integrity

• Mobility and willingness to undertake frequent travel (normally on a daily basis)

• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in both Vietnamese and English
