The Role: We’re seeking a passionate Recruitment Officer to join our Vietnam team. In this role, you’ll play a crucial part in building and maintaining relationships with educational agents, driving student enrolments, and enhancing INTO’s presence in the region. Reporting to the Senior Recruitment Manager, you’ll be the key liaison between our partner agents and INTO, ensuring a smooth and successful student recruitment process.
What You’ll Do:
- Build Strong Partnerships: Onboard, train, and support both new and existing educational agents, guiding them through our Partner portal and helping them leverage its features for optimal results.
- Manage Pipelines: Oversee a diverse group of agents across multiple communication platforms, ensuring effective engagement and successful student enrolments.
- Strategic Forecasting: Conduct regular forecasts and strategy sessions with agents to monitor and drive the pipeline of student applications.
- Training & Events: Lead online training sessions, webinars, and in-person events at our University Access Centres in Vietnam to develop and strengthen agent relationships.
- End-to-End Support: Assist agents throughout the entire student journey, from initial inquiries and applications to final confirmations.
- Proactive Outreach: Dedicate time to daily meetings, follow-ups, and exploring new partnership opportunities, while also handling inbound partnership inquiries.
- CRM Expertise: Utilise Salesforce to manage agent relationships and track recruitment metrics, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all processes.
- Professional Communication: Convey INTO’s policies, procedures, and systems clearly and professionally, fostering trust and collaboration with our partners.
- Strong pipeline management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication, with proficiency in English
- High attention to detail and data accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
- Ability to communicate effectively with international students
- Experience in managing challenging customers and stakeholders
- Strong prioritisation and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines
- Flexibility to learn and take on new tasks
- Team-oriented mindset
- Experience in developing or managing key account relationships
- Understanding of US, Australia, and UK education systems and visa requirements
- Awareness of international student needs
