YOUR TASKS
- Analyze and understand the data, Create and take the initiative to promote sales for the Walk Click Call program.
- Explore and identify opportunity to grow sales.
- Analyze data, periodical forecasting and reporting of data in line with business objectives, Group guidelines and policies for Retail Activities.
- Support and interact primarily with colleagues of own team, support the counter in case lack of the staff in ad hoc situation.
- Support for sales team and revenue generation at Service points, on Website, app and also via customer service.
- Support general admin tasks related to merchandise receiving and stocking, non-sales departmental work, such as check-out, photo lab or bagging orders, landlord or vendors documents…
- Comply with established procedures to reconcile sales data to determine if store is meeting financial goals and implement plans to improve performance
- Comply with established procedures to execute all safety, security and compliance procedures
- Undertake generally repetitive tasks and activities for multi-store non-sales operations including new store opening coordination, payroll/incentive plans, event planning, and/or contest planning and promotion
- Under supervision apply prescribed retail plans and processes for all store operations
- Explain facts, practices, policies, etc. to others or cross function within the organization adhering to narrowly defined procedures, standards and guidelines
- Communicate information that requires some explanation or interpretation
- Address task-related issues appropriately to maintain work relationships
YOUR PROFILE
- More than 4 years of experience in Sales and Retail
- Graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
- Can-do attitude
- Familiarity with data interpretation and analysis using tools like Microsoft Excel and SQL.
- Good at Power Point Presentation Skills
- Knowledge of Power BI or Python is a plus.
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Exhibits an exceptional degree of ingenuity, creativity, resourcefulness and empathy.
- Well-developed relationship skills and ability to network with multiple levels of an organization and other business units.
