• Ensure contract are signed and make sure that any special requests are fulilled. Negotiate prices and help clients select their menu.
• Strong knowlege in F&B.
• Be able to prepare the contract both VNES and ENG
• Remain in close contract with clients and potential clients from planning stages after events.
• Meet and closely worked with vendors and have direction to negotiate terms of service and terms of commission agreements.
• Ability to analize strategy on market trending
• Discuss to upper supervisor to hit the target as company request and compete target of company
• Other related task as required by BOD.

• Proven experience in a Sales B2B and Catering supervisor role.
• Extensive knowledge of event planning and catering requirements.
• Ability to work at a fast pace.
• Excellent negotiation skill.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
