Job Purpose

1. Manage all activities to support and operate technology infrastructure, ensure that the entire infrastructure operates stably, safely and with high availability.
2. Develop a strategy, realize the strategy on technology infrastructure in line with the general strategy of TCBS Technology Division.

Key Accountabilities (1)

1. Responsibilities in Administration and Operation:
o Responsible for technology operations including: Application Operations, Infrastructure Operations, IT Support and Help Desk
o Support the Chief Technology Officer in formulating and implementing the unit's strategy and operation plan in line with the division's operational orientation. Ensure the unit's strategy is always closely aligned with that of the Division and the Bank.
o Responsible for organizing the implementation, repair, operation and monitoring of technology infrastructure systems assigned in IB Division.
o Responsible for organizing support for users of the entire bank for technology services.
o Evaluate the system's responsiveness to have a basis for adjustment, propose upgrades and changes accordingly, and optimize the use of system resources.
o Monitor and control the investment in IT equipment provided to technology units and projects, comply with the procurement and asset management process.
o Organize and participate in directing the implementation of infrastructure and supporting technology projects.
o Management and quality control of outsourced services
o Perform other authorized tasks as assigned by the Director of Operation and Technology Division.

Key Accountabilities (2)

2. Responsibilities in Risk Management and Compliance:
o Assist the Technology Operations Manager in developing policies, regulations, procedures, and guidelines on support and operational activities.
o Support the Technology Operations Director to control and ensure that the unit's activities comply with the issued policies, regulations, processes and guidelines.
o Identify risks of the unit in the process of operation, coordinate with relevant units to develop methods of measuring, assessing and minimizing risks.

3. Responsibilities in human resource management:
o Assist the Technology Operations Director in developing a manning plan, coordinating human resources, building a mechanism for assigning, recording and evaluating the performance of employees, ensuring adequate and quality resources are maintained. quantity in the unit.
o Organize training, career development orientation for employees, foster and develop human resources for the unit.
o Communication and orientation for staff are carried out in accordance with the policy and development orientation of the system.

Success Profile - Qualification and Experiences

Degree/Professional:
University degree in IT or telecommunications

At least 7 years of technology operation experience

Business English standard proficiency as required for the role
