• Working within the team to identify risks and create tests to mitigate
• Review user requirements documents to ensure that requirements are testable
• Create and maintain test documentation, including test plans, new and regression test scripts, testing (defects) reports.
• Execute test responsibilities with minimal supervision, including test plan creation, test execution, debugging the detections and conducting testing reports.
• Provide testing estimates and participate in project planning.
• Learn new tools and technology to support test execution as needed.
• Ensure a positive end user experience for supported applications.
• Mentor and train junior QC staff, providing guidance and support as needed
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and promote best practices
• Communicate quality control results and findings to management and other stakeholders.

Yêu cầu công việc:

• 5+ years of experience in quality control, preferably in a senior or lead role
• Hands-on experience in analyzing specification requirements, developing, performing test cases, creating testing reports.
• Good English communication skills (both verbal & written)
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
• Familiar with Agile/Scrum model and regression testing
• Strong analytical, testing, troubleshooting errors
• Flexibility and the ability to work effectively with internal and external clients
• Collaborating with other team members and departments to ensure comprehensive testing coverage
